Welcome to the Wholeness Center!!

What is the Wholeness Center?
At Conscious Living Center we believe that tending to the needs of our physical and emotional body is tantamount to our spiritual growth and development. The Wholeness Center is a safe place for us to explore different ways of caring for our bodies as well as expressing ourselves creatively through various classes and workshops. These include exercise and fitness, health and nutrition, art and dance, relaxation and stress relief as well as meditation and gentle movement.
